To the parents of soldier Cowherd from Culpeper, Va. I live in Culpeper also. I cross the
bridge every day with the name of your son and the other soldier. My nephew is from here
also, but now living in Richmond. He is serving in Afghanistan now. With the Va. National
Guard Reserve. God bless your  family
