Last year I did a 10K race on Memorial Day in Webberville, Michigan. Instead of a t-shirt, I
was given an American flag and a pencil with the name "SSG GREGORY
MCCOY" written on it. This evening while using this pencil I finally googled the name
to see who this person was. I did not realize that he died a hero in 2006. Needless to say, I
reverently put this pencil away in a drawer. God bless Gregory McCoy!
