In Honor Of Major Alan G. Rogers

Major Alan G. Rogers, 40, of Hampton, Florida. Rogers
died on January 27, 2008 of wounds suffered when an IED detonated while
he was conducting a dismounted patrol in Baghdad, Iraq. He was assigned
to the Military Transition Team, 1st Brigade, 1st Infantry Division,
Fort Riley, Kansas. Christmas in Arlington... Rest easy, sleep well my
brother. Know the line has held, your job is done. Rest easy, sleep
well. Others have taken up where you fell, the line has held. Peace, peace,
and farewell.... Alan, You Will Not Be Forgotten. Say Hooah to those
other fallen heroes from the 1st Brigade MTT up there.... Rod.
