23, of Reno, Nev.; assigned to the 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team,
10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y.; died May 12 in Al Taqa, Iraq, of wounds sustained when his
patrol was attacked by enemy forces using automatic fire and explosives. Also killed were Sgt. 1st
Class James D. Connell Jr., Pfc. Daniel W. Courneya and Pfc. Christopher E. Murphy.

SERGEANT Anthony Schober, 23, of Reno, Nevada. Anthony
died while supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom on May 12, 2007. He was
assigned to the 4/31st Infantry Regiment, 10th Mtn Division. My sincere
condolences to his family and friends. Anthony, You Have Not Been
Forgotten. Say Hooah to the others up there and if you can, give us a
sign... Christmas in Arlington... Rest easy, sleep well my brother. Know the
line has held, your job is done. Rest easy, sleep well. Others have
taken up where you fell, the line has held. Peace, peace, and
