Christopher my Pooh Bear…..

There is a very special place in my heart reserved for only you.  It’s a place where I will
cherish all the precious memories of your childhood.
1. Being silly dancing in the kitchen to country songs
2. Taking tennis lessons together
3. Singing you our favorite little songs & praying every night.
4. Camping & swimming
5. Disneyland with Family
To name just a few…….
Christopher was a sweet, loving, caring, energetic little boy that loved anything fireman,
policeman or military.  From the time he was 7 years old he decided he was going to be a
marine.  He was in ROTC in high school and after graduating entered the Marines.  I believe
he was ordained by God to serve & help people.
The day he left for Operation Enduring Freedom he told me "I love you mommy" and I told him
”I love you too pooh bear, stay focused, we are praying for you and come home safe”.
I was not expecting this type of return nor what I wanted.   I do know that things happen for
reasons we do not understand.  I will continue to trust in God for strength and find peace in
knowing my son was a Christian and is now in heaven and smiling down on all of us with his
We have a beautiful daughter - Brooke & granddaughter – Briyana that is loved very much
and will be Christopher’s legacy….
I am so proud of you Christopher for following your dream of becoming a marine.  I would not
change one thing about you.  You will forever be in my heart and mind and I will NEVER
forget what you have done to protect our family & country.  You are my only son and

Thank you to everyone who has been supporting & praying for our family.

With Much Love,

Your Mom
