This Memorial Page Established by -Carey (Stivison) Harper
In Honor Of SSgt Glen H. Stivison Jr.

Glen and 3 other soldiers from Fort Carson Co. were killed in action on October 15, 2009.
Glen left behind a loving wife and 2 young sons, 1 sister, 2 brothers and his parents and both
of his grand mothers. He was truly an selfless soldier. Only a couple months before being
killed himself he risk his own life to save the life of a fellow soldier.

He is loved and missed every day. So please don't forget why you are free. Take the time to
say thank you to a soldier or a vet.

Glen,
Not a day goes by that I don't see your photo on facebook.  You see, I am friends with your
mom and she has your picture up.  So I think of you and your family everyday.  And I am
grateful for your service.  And for the service of your fellow service members.

God bless you and your families for your ultimate sacrifice.  I will never forget.
